"It's now easier than ever to become a qualified football coach. By getting on the coaching ladder, individuals have the opportunity to progress through the various AFC Coaching qualifications while constantly enhancing their skills and knowledge. To be successful as a coach you should always be open to new ideas.
Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) General Secretary Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi said this during the closing ceremony of AFC C-Certificate Football Coaching Course on Sunday at FIFA Football House, Lahore.
"To strengthen club culture is PFF President's Faisal Saleh Hayat's long-term planning and according to him coaches will play vital role in this regard', he said.
The 14-day course under former Iranian international and AFC Instructor Majid Jalali will enable the 24 participants to take this challenge. Before advent of Faisal Saleh Hayat, there were seldom any courses but now PFF was managing courses after courses, he said.
