Zawar Hussain Zaidi, a prominent figure of the Pakistan Movement and Editor-in-Chief of Jinnah Papers, a compilation of the letters of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, called on President General Pervez Musharraf here on Monday.
He briefed the president about the work done by him so far and told him that 13 volumes of Jinnah Papers had been edited and published in English, 6 volumes in Urdu and one book in Persian. The president congratulated him for the work done by him and wished him success in the future to complete this project.
Zawar Hussain Zaidi presented the president with volumes of Jinnah Papers and thanked him for the appreciation of his work and said that it would lift the spirit and devotion of his colleagues engaged in this national work of great importance.
