One person was killed and 12 injured in a suicide blast at Tableeghi Markaz on Miran Shah Road in Bannu late Thursday night, Aaj TV reported.
DIG Bannu Hamza Masood told Aaj TV that a person tried to enter the Tableeghi Markaz, on resistance from the security personnel he took out a grenade and detonated it. As a result, the man got himself injured while a man was killed and 12 others wounded. An eyewitness said that six injured are in critical condition. Police have arrested the attacker.
