Wife of the Governor Punjab Begum Rubina Khalid Maqbool will inaugurate the exhibition of Women Products, at Women Business Incubation Center (WBIC) established by Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA) at Peco Road on Saturday (Today) June 23, 2007.
The Preparatory Committee of Smeda held a meeting with Shahid Rashid, Chief Executive Officer, Smeda in chair to review the arrangements done in this regard. General Manager Policy planning Jameel Afaqi and General Manager Central Support Iftikhar Hussain were also present in the meeting.
Begum Rubina Khalid, after formal inauguration of the exhibition, will visit the stalls displayed in the center. The management of Center has planned to give a presentation to Begum Rubina on background as well as working of the centre.
The Project Director of WBIC Ayesha Amjad apprised the CEO, Smeda that major stalls displayed in the exhibition includes Ladies Garments, Dry Flowers, Bridal Wears, Handicrafts, Jewellery, Ladies Shoes and Bed Linen. The exhibition will remain open for ladies and families from June 24, 2007 to onwards daily from 11 am to 9:00pm.
