Funds for the development of Punjab University CAD, HCC, PU Law college, HCBF, College of Engineering & Emerging Science, College of Statistics and Auctorial Science, Institute of Chemical Engineering & Tech, Departments of Special Education, Psychology and Zoology and PU Health Center were approved in a meeting of the committee.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Governor Punjab/ Chancellor Punjab University. Among others, acting vice-chancellor of PU Professor Dr Muhammad Arif Butt, Principal PU Law College, Principal College of Pharmacy Professor Dr Muhammad and others attended the meeting. The governor was briefed about the status of the running projects in Punjab University. The chancellor directed to speed up these projects and complete them well in time.
Moreover, Punjab University Department of Mycology & Plant Pathology is organising a training workshop on "Identification and Conservation of Micromycetes" from 13th to 18th August. This workshop is sponsored by Life Sciences wing of HEC for young College and University teachers and researchers.
