Punjab University signing MoUs with foreign universities

Punjab University (PU) is signing MoUs with foreign universities to aware its students from academic developments in these universities and to promote educational collaboration with them. Punjab University is sending its students delegations to international universities.
One of the delegations is currently visiting the Beijing university while another delegation comprising three teachers and seven students is leaving for Germany under the leadership of Director Institute of Social and Cultural Studies Professor Dr Muhammad Hafeez on June 30.
The delegation will also attend an international conference in which students and experts of more than 30 countries will participate. The delegation will also attend a training workshop in the second phase of the conference. Moreover, acting vice-chancellor Punjab University Professor Dr Muhammad Arif Butt visited under constructed sports gymnasium at New Campus ground and inspected the development work there.
He advised the concerned staff to provide more and more water on all the constructed walls. VC was briefed that courts of international standard for indoor games like badminton, volleyball, hand ball, wait lifting, table tennis, gymnastic, body building will be made in this gymnasium. Sports department's offices, retiring rooms for players and special enclosures for crowds will also be made.
