Bulls stage comeback on ISE

Bulls returned in the driving seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where fresh buying spree in trend-setters moved the entire ready-board in upward direction amid increase in index. ISE-10 Index showed an increase of 45.76 points as the index moved from 2,716.00 to 2,761.76 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 3,541,100 shares as compared to previous turnover of 4,964,100 shares. All 140 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (101) closed in positive territory, 42 landed in plus column, whereas one company remained pegged to its previous level.
The volume of KESC was 524,500 shares as compared to previous turnover of 524,500 shares. The volume of PTCL was 454,700 shares. The turnover of Fauji Cement was 381,000 shares as compared to previous volume of 226,500 shares.
Unilever Pakistan remained top gainer with an increase of Rs 55.00 per share, whereas JS Globe Capital was top loser with a decrease of Rs 8.20 per share.
