Inspector General of Sindh Police Zia-ul-Hassan Khan on Wednesday announced rupees two lakhs as immediate compensation to the bereaved family of the slain police constable Inayat Ali. The IGP also announced job in police department to one of Inayat's children, besides requesting the Sindh government to immediately release the grant of rupees six lakhs to his family.
Paying tributes to the services of Inayat Ali, who was killed by dacoits on Tuesday, the IGP assured all possible assistance to the family of the deceased constable.
