PPL contributes Rs 5 million to President relief fund

Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), has contributed five million rupees to the President's Relief Fund and two million rupees worth relief goods for the storm and rain-affected people of Sindh and Balochistan provinces.
Keeping up with its past tradition of standing by the nation during national calamities, PPL dispatched two million worth relief goods within the first two days following storm and torrential rains hit the coastal areas of Sindh and Balochistan rendering a large number of people stranded in the flood water. The relief goods, comprising of edible items were handed over to DCO Kamber and the army authorities for distribution among the flood affectees.
PPL management and employees stand by the nation in this challenging hour. The company, under its corporate social responsibility programme, remains committed to play its role to alleviate at least some of the suffering of the victims.-PR
