Indus in low flood

River Indus at Taunsa, Guddu and Sukkur and river Ravi at Balloki are in low flood while all other major rivers are flowing below low flood level. Indus tributaries in the NWFP ie river Kabul at Adezai Bridge and river Chitral at Chitral are in high flood.
According to meteorological features, monsoon current from Arabian Sea is reaching Punjab up to 7000 feet, while a weak westerly wave over Kashmir persists. Monsoon low over south-east Uttar Pradesh is moving north-north-westwards and is insignificant for Pakistan.
