Meanwhile, in the batting department Pakistani middle order batsman Babar Azam, who was the leading run maker for Pakistan in the four-match series with 137 runs, has made impressive gains in the ICC Player Rankings for T20I Batsmen and has jumped 41 places up to a career-high 27th position.
Opening batsman Ahmed Shahzad too has been impressive and currently sits at 29th spot, after moving up by five places. India’s Virat Kohli remains the top ranked batsman in the T20 cricket.
