Apricot source of vitamins and calcium

Dreaming of apricots, in English folklore, is said to be good luck as the fruit is richest in energetic nutrients. Apart from superstitions, Apricot is highly laxative and is beneficial in the treatment of constipation.
Apricot is advised to persons suffering from fever as it has cooling effect. Apricots is also useful as laxative and its juice is very useful in skin diseases.

Apricot relieves thirst and decreases the cough. The fresh fruit is rich in calcium, Vitamin A and sugar. It is a good source of B complex vitamins and Vitamin C.
Better produce handling and management would ensure regular market supply and the domestic consumers will enjoy affordable prices, besides it would also help promoting export of high value perishable commodities to the world market.
