The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad has started construction work on Rs 140 million Sewage Water Treatment Plant. The project would be completed an allocated period of 15 months period. Malaysian High Commissioner Ahmed Shahnazan and Vice President DHA Major General Zakauddin Malik held the groundbreaking ceremony of the project on Wednesday.
