'APDM members to resign if Musharraf tries to re-elect himself'

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has warned all members of All Parties Democratic Movement will resign and approach Supreme Court if President Pervez Musharraf tries to re-elect himself from the present assemblies.
Talking to newsmen on Sunday, Imran Khan said that the APDM was holding public meeting at Liaquat Bagh in Rawalpindi on August 14. He urged the PPP Chairperson Benazir Bhutto to jointly struggle with other opposition parties for the restoration of democracy and not to strong the dictatorship.
The PTI Chairman termed the approval of the US Congress bill linking of Pakistani aid in advancement in operation against al Qaeda as a result of failure of the present rulers' policies. He warned that more than one billion Muslims of all over the world would become suicide bombers if the US tries to attack holy places of the Muslims.
He said a strong and democratic Pakistan could help the Muslim world, adding that there is need to remove dictator and have to go forward for it.
