Rupali Bank branch at KSE

Arif Habib Rupali Bank inaugurated its full-service branch at the Karachi Stock Exchange on Monday, August. Shaukat Tarin, Chairman Karachi Stock Exchange was the chief guest for the ribbon cutting ceremony.
The new branch located on the first floor of the Karachi Stock building will provide real-time online banking services through an array of products to make banking for its valued customers convenient and hassle-free.
Arif Habib, Chairman of the Bank said, "The Bank aims to be a universal bank by increasing its footprint through a network of branches across Pakistan." Arif Habib Rupali Bank commenced operation on 5th August 2006 and the branch opening coincided with the first anniversary of the Bank.
The operations of Rupali Bank Limited were acquired by Arif Habib Securities Limited under the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the State Bank of Pakistan, under Section 48 of Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962.
The authorised share capital of AHRB is PKR 6 billion with a paid up capital of PKR 3 billion. Recently the board has announced a 50 percent rights issue at the rate of PKR 20 per share that would make the equity of the Bank PKR 6 billion.-PR
