Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Moulana Fazlur Rehman has said that peace could not be established in Afghanistan without taking Taliban on board, Aaj TV reported. Talking to newsmen after a ceremony of 'Dastaar Bandi' of seminary students in Peshawar on Sunday, he asserted that no jirga could achieve its targets without inclusion of main players Taliban.
