31 Aug, 2007

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Finance Secretary Mohammad Pervaiz Malik has said Nawaz Sharif is determinant to come back and he has the public support as well as constitutional support provided by the Supreme Court. He said this while talking to newsmen here on Thursday.
He added, "The immediate return of the PML-N leaders is written and only the announcement of date is in pending. President Pervez Musharraf-Benazir deal won't hamper the return. The true political picture will emerge during the presidential and general elections and the same will happen what the people want."
He said that President Musharraf had indicated to shed the uniform before the presidential elections on popular demand and because of legal and constitutional hurdles and not because of any deal.
He said in the presence of independent judiciary, media and strong civil society, no one could prolong his rule beyond constitutional provisions. He said that Sharif brothers would receive a warm welcome not only from the party and APDM parties but also from the entire nation.
