Sale of industrial plots in phase 1A of M-3 Industrial City Faisalabad is underway, said Mian Muhammad Latif, Chairman, Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (FIEDMC). Talking to newsmen, he said this industrial estate was being developed at the Sahianwala interchange over 4,650 acres of land.
"It is the only industrial estate which would be equipped with international standard industrial infrastructure," he said and added that in first phase four to 21 acres plots were being offered while the payment would be recovered in four year in equal quarterly instalments. Mian Muhammad Latif was satisfied with the encouraging response of the industrial sector and hoped that 100 percent plots in this phase would be sold out very soon.
