Federal Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights Zahid Hamid has said that the construction plan of Federal Courts Complex in Lahore would be placed before the Central Development Working Party (CDWP) within two weeks for final approval.
He made this observation during a briefing given to him by the officials of National Engineering Services, Pakistan (Nespak) here on Tuesday. The minister appreciated the plan aimed at revising the original architectural elements and also approved the plan measures added by the Nespak.
He asked for incorporating the earlier observations made in the previous meeting. The project would be executed on the site opposite GPO Lahore to preserve the facade of the existing building, restore its original design and provide additional accommodation.
