Pakistan to participate in Shanghai fairs

Pakistan is scheduled to take part in two major exhibitions to be held in Shanghai. The Intertextile Shanghai, Apparel and Fabrics exposition, in which Pakistan is scheduled to take part, will be organised from October 29 to November 1.
The second exhibition, in which Pakistan will also figure, is the "Paper World China", a three-day exhibition that will kick-off on November 20. Pakistan Consulate General in collaboration with Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) will be participating in the above-mentioned exhibitions.
Meanwhile, according to Pakistan Consulate General, Shanghai sources, 20 leading exhibitors from Pakistan participated in the All China Leather Exhibition that was held between September 5-7. Pakistan pavilion was jointly set up by the Pakistan Consulate General in Shanghai, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan and Pakistan Tanners Association.
The Pakistan pavilion that was well organised attracted a large number of local and foreign buyers. The exhibition provided a good opportunity to showcase Pakistani leather products and to interact the leading international buyers, the sources said.
