The Lahore High Court has issued notices to District Police Officer Sargodha on a contempt petition of Cantonment Board Sargodha and directed him to explain as to why he did not implemented an order of Additional District and Sessions Judge.
The Cantonment Board though its executive officer submitted that the police, despite court's orders, had not registered a case against two accused Babar Akram and Mushtaq Gill of thrashing and looting officials of the board working at toll-tax plaza at Faisalabad by-pass.
