The Lahore Zoo, as part of its education and awareness programme, has observed the Wildlife Day on Thursday. The zoo authority distributed posters of animal to the visitors, said a spokesman. Officials informed the visitors regarding animal behaviour and the threats that wildlife face in this modern world.
The activity was aimed at creating awareness about wildlife conservation. He said the visitors showed great interest and commended the efforts undertaken by the Lahore Zoo.
