DC orders to ensure flour availability in Islamabad

The Acting Deputy Commissioner (DC), Islamabad, Amir Ali Ahmad has directed the district food controller and flour dealers to ensure abundant flour supply in markets on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitar.
While addressing a meeting do review the market situation during Ramadan he directed the concerned magistrate to ensure the quality and pureness of daily edibles in the market.
The meeting informed Ahmed that there was no report of shortage in the market as the 20kg flour bags were largely present and easily available to the consumers. Participants in the meeting further maintained that the prices of fruits and vegetables were going down to a reasonable level.
