Amid growing extremist tendencies in the name of religion in certain parts of the country and in the general public interest, SDPI will organise a seminar on 'Muslim Extremism and Islam' on Monday.
It will be held at 3-UN Boulevard, Diplomatic Enclave, G-5, Islamabad from 14:00 to 16:00 pm. Dr Manzoor Ahmed, an internationally known scholar, will deliver the lecture.
He is presently the rector of the International Islamic University, Islamabad and holds high academic and statutory positions. Dr Manzoor Ahmad has published five books and contributed more than eighty articles in journals of international repute.
