Justice Sarmad Jalal Usmani of Sindh High Court on Monday disposed of Asif Ali Zardari's application seeking transfer of former Sindh Irrigation Secretary Alam Baloch murder case against him from court of District and Session Judge Hyderabad to another. Spouse of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, along with others, is charged with killing former federal secretary Alam Baloch in Hyderabad.
