Sindh Public Health Department confirmed arrival of 30 new cases to different public and private sector hospitals in Karachi on Monday-bringing the total number of Dengue Fever patients to 648.
Dr Shakil Malik, Additional Health Secretary and co-ordinator, Dengue Fever Monitoring Cell giving details of these cases told APP that 56 dengue patients are currently admitted to different hospitals. He also mentioned that 313 of the 648 dengue fever cases were found to be dengue positive and 219 negative while five of them could not survive.
