Motorola, Inc (NYSE: MOT) has secured two contracts for WiMAX network infrastructure from Taiwan's Far East Telecom (FET) as part of its role in the national M-Taiwan project. This was revealed in the company's information on Wednesday.
FET is one of Taiwan's largest 2G/3G telecom operators, with more than 6.4 million subscribers, which is about 33 percent share of the local wireless mobile market.-PR
