The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has extended the date of enrolment to the new entrants of the first year classes in the colleges in the metropolis up to October 27, BIEK Chairman Anwar Ahmed Zai stated this on Thursday.
Talking to APP, he said the last date for the enrolment had been extended from October 25 to 27 on the request of the Director General of Colleges Sindh. Anwar Zai said the new entrants had to submit their enrolment forms at the office of their respective principals by October 27 and these would be sent to the BIEK by October 29.
He stated that with the receipt of the enrolment forms, the BIEK would start the monitoring the attendance of the students. BIEK chief said the parents would also be informed about the position of the attendance of their children and wards on quarterly basis. Such a record would also be displayed on the website of the BIEK, he added.
