Two missing Jeay Sindh leaders produced in ATC

Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz workers Chetan Bajir and G.M Bhagat, who were missing since last one year, were produced on Friday before the acting judge of Anti Terrorist Court, Abdul Rasool Memon who is also District and Sessions Judge. The Umerkot police disclosed their arrest only yesterday and had handed them to Qasimabad police at 5 am on Friday.
Qasimabad police produced both in recovery of explosive material case of March 2007 in Sahrish Nagar, Qasimabad. Police said ATC court had issued their arrest warrants but both had gone underground.
Khemchand Bajir and Wasdev, brothers of both detainees told PPI that they were thankful to Chief Justice of Supreme Court, as disclosure of arrest of their brothers was made possible on orders of SC. They said their brothers were innocent and they were tortured severely.
On court orders both were sent to Central Jail Hyderabad on judicial remand till October 24. JSQM workers in large number led by Soorhia Sindhi were also present in the court. Four other nationalist workers including Zulfiqar Bhurgri are already languishing in central jail Hyderabad in same case.
One more missing political workers of JSQM Dr Safdar Sarki was produced in ATC court Hub on Friday after his arrest was disclosed by Balochistan police, according to Soorhia Sindhi.
He said that Chairman of JSQM Bashir Khan Qurehsi was in Hub since yesterday but police was not allowing him to meet Dr Sarki. Disclosure of arrests of workers of nationalist parties of Sindh and Balochistan was made after the Chief Justice of SC Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry had issued warning to agency chiefs.
