Federal and provincial ministers, members of the assemblies, political and social personalities met Punjab Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi at his home to greet him on Eid.
Federal Minister for Trade Humayun Akhtar, Senator Haroon Akhtar, Provincial Minister for Communication & Works Chaudhry Zaheer-ud-Din, Minister for Information Technology Abdul Aleem Khan, Minister for Sports Moeen-ud-Din Qureshi, Minister for Livestock & Dairy Development Haroon Ahmad Sultan, District Nazim Lahore Mian Amir Mehmood were also present besides sons of Chief Minister Monis Elahi and Rasikh Elahi.
He said the government ensured security arrangements throughout the province and law & order remained exemplary. At the chief minister's house, members of the public also greeted the chief minister.
