Governor Punjab, Lieutenant General Khalid Maqbool (Retd), will visit Vehari on October 31, officials of the district management said on Tuesday. The governor will inspect offices of the federal departments such as Wapda, PTCL, Sui gas, Post Office etc, with a view to monitor their performance.
Meanwhile, DCO Muhammad Hameedullah Sheikh has directed heads of all departments at the district level to submit their briefing copy to him.
