Sahara Trust receives life saving drugs

The Sahara for Life Trust has received over 900,000 doses of various life-saving drugs worth over Rs 3.1 million. An announcement of the organisation here said that those would be utilised towards the treatment of the infants at the Trust's Sughra Shafi Medical Complex.
It said the donation was the result of the Pampers-Sahara Help Save Lives Initiative. The donation, it was further stated, was sufficient to provide over 83,000 packs of various life-saving drugs that treated fatal illness in babies such as pneumonia, cardiac problems and respiratory diseases.
