A truck-driver, Muhammad Nasir Khan, of Hasilput was shot dead by armed robbers near Dijkot and snatched away a cash of Rs 5,000, here last Saturday night. According to report, the dacoits have looted three vehicles, including two trucks near Tariq Kot.
In third incident, a fully loaded truck No LSA-7427, which was carrying 389 bags of cotton yarn worth Rs 3.1 million were looted by a gang of dacoits near Sandhilianwali. Police have registered a case against robbers, but no clue has been received so far.
