A National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) surgery organised by the Pakistan High Commission in the north London district of Hemel Hempstead attracted a large number of people who were issued various Nadra forms. The five-hour surgery was held on Sunday at the main community centre.
These surgeries are a part of the efforts by the High Commission to facilitate the Pakistani community in Britain and to improve the provision of its consular services. PHC officials issued Nadra forms, accepted applications for Nadra (National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis/POC) and answered queries from the general public about its services on this occasion.
