HBL develops performance evaluation system

The HBL, HR Management envisioned with the bank's mission to make the customers prosper, staff to excel and create value for shareholders has developed a new system for performance evaluation. To introduce tools of this Performance Management System 2007, HR and OD Group in partnership with Line Management has organised workshops at 18 Regional Headquarters of the bank throughout Pakistan.
Zafar Aziz Osmani, SEVP and Group Executive HR and OD Karachi inaugurated one of such workshops in Faisalabad for training of the HBL employees to understand and compute the Appraisal Forms Overall Performance rating of employees; bias free will be critically based on job elements as per strategic objectives of the bank Badar-ud-Din Qazi, EVP and RCE Faisalabad and Mehmood Janjua, Manager HR Lahore gave presentation on the new system to the executives and managers of corporate, commercial, retail, ARM, audit segments in Faisalabad.
