Jordan buys wheat

Jordan's state grains buyer has purchased 85,000 tonnes of hard wheat in a tender for 100,000 tonnes which closed on Sunday, European traders said on Monday. Some 50,000 tonnes was purchased at $412.50 a tonne c&f and the rest at $412.40 a tonne c&f. All was for shipment in the first half of December.
