Andy Roddick and James Blake have never lost to Nikolay Davydenko and they don't intend to start now with the Davis Cup title at stake. Fourth-ranked Roddick and 13th-rated Blake lead the Americans, seeking to stretch their record title total to 32, against defending champion Russia starting here Friday in a final to be played on indoor hardcourts.
"Given the fact we're playing (at home) on a surface that's more suitable to us, a fast court, there's some desperation... It has been 12 years since we won a Davis Cup," former US Davis Cup star John McEnroe said.
