PML-N withdraws candidates in favour of PPP

In a seat adjustment at Karachi level, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has withdrawn couple of its candidates in favour of PPP nominees. This announcement was made after the press conference of PML-N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif at the residence of Sardar Abdul Rahim here on Sunday.
According to this adjustment, PML-N candidate on NA-250 Saleem Zia has withdrawn his candidature in favour of PPP candidate Mirza Ikhtiar Baig.
In reciprocal move, a PPP candidate on PS-113 Zulfikar Ali Qaimkhani has withdrawn his nomination papers in favour of PML-N candidate Saleem Zia. Meanwhile, the wife of former justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany and prominent business-women Begum Salma Ahmed made announcement to join PML-N at the press conference.
