The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) will remain closed on Friday due to law and order situation in the city after the tragic assassination of PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto. This was decided by the management of the KSE on late Thursday night.
The decision was taken after formal approval by the Regulator, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Haroon Askari, Chief Manager (Operations), KSE confirmed that the exchange will remain closed on Friday.
