Killing a plot to disintegrate country: Tehmina

PML-N vice president Begum Tehmina Daultana has said that the PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto's assassination is a conspiracy to disintegrate the country. Talking to journalists here on Friday she, while weeping, said "it is a plot to weaken the federation of Pakistan. It is a huge national loss and would have a bad impact on the future of the motherland."
PPP district president and candidate for NA-170 Mahmood Hayat Khan alias Tochi Khan, other PPP candidates Sardar Khan Khichi, Noor Khan Bhabha and Azeem Daultana condemned the killing in severest possible terms. They said Benazir Bhutto was a leader of international stature.
Other leaders who condemned the assassination of PPP chairperson included district nazim Shahid Mehdi Nasim Shah, ex-Punjab Assembly Speaker Saeed Ahmed Khan Manais, ex-minister of state Ishaq Khan Khakwani, former district nazim Mumtaz Ahmed Khan Khichi, former MNAs Aftab Ahmed Khan Khichi, Muhammad Azhar Khan Yousufzai and Chaudhry Nazir Jutt etc. They called upon the people to keep calm and not to indulge in any violent activity which would further damage the national interests.
