The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Sindh, has arrested Syed Mohsin Ali, Chief Executive Officer of Al-Rehman Builders & Developers and Al-Fajar Builder & Developers, Jamshoro/Hyderabad, at Karachi.
According to a press release, the accused had launched two housing schemes in the names of Gulshan-e-Hassan in 1993-94 and Gulshan-e-Latif in 2000 near Toll Plaza, Hyderabad, and collected millions of rupees from the allottees, but deliberately failed to hand over the plots or returned the hard-earned money even after lapse of several years.
The Sindh NAB asked the affectees/allottees of the said housing schemes to contact NAB office at Barrack No 35-36, opposite Passport Office, Saddar, Karachi, along with their claims.-PR
