Pakistan People's Party (PPP) detained leader and Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President Aitzaz Ahsan has been prevented to attend Soyem of PPP Chairperson Benazir Bhutto. A heavy contingent of police was deployed at Aitzaz Ahsan residence and his phone lines were cut off on Sunday.
Aitzaz Ahsan demanded of the government to allow him to attend Benazir's Soyem. It may be noted that Aitzaz was held under house arrest after imposition state of emergency on November 3.
