PML-N leader out on bail

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Tariq Naeem-ullah Khan was bailed out by local magistrate/ civil judge Multan, Zia-ullah Niazi against the surety bond of Rs 20,000. He was arrested by Chehalyak police on the charge of taking out procession and damaging the banks and other public, private properties.
Earlier police requested for granting physical remand of PML-N activist but the court turned down police request and ordered to send him to prison on judicial remand. Then his counsel submitted a bail application and granted bail.
Chehalyak police has instituted a case against 60 people under sections 188, 427,148 and 149 PPC for burning tyres, breaking glasses and door, windowpanes by hurling bricks and stones.
SSP (operation) Muhammad Nawaz Waraich said, "We have instituted a case against the 50/60 miscreants who hurled stones, bricks on the vehicles, bank buildings and damaged the public, private property when they were expressing their anger against the assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto."
