Shahbaz urges ticket holders for closer contact with masses

President Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and former Punjab chief minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif has asked the party ticket holders from Lahore to make their mass contact campaign more effective. He said this while addressing a meeting of PML-N ticket holders for National and Punjab Assembly seats from Lahore at his Model Town residence on Saturday.
The ticket holders presented progress reports and suggestions with regard to their election activities and PML-N President expressed satisfaction over party's election campaign.
Sharif said the PML-Q had no existence at public level and rigging plans it had chalked out for elections are being foiled due to massive public support. 'People are real force and they are active in the political field to foil all such plans', he said, adding that people of Pakistan consider the PML-N as their representative party.
Shahbaz Sharif said that the PML-N has great leader in the shape of Nawaz Sharif who is waging a just struggle to safeguard the motherland. PML-N manifesto and past record are greatly regarded by the people of Pakistan, he added. He said People of Pakistan would usher in a new era of prosperity by voting the PML-N on February 18.
