ANP announces three-day mourning

Awami National Party (ANP) on Saturday announced three-day mourning here over the killing of his party leader Shahbaz Khan Lala. The decision was taken in a meeting, which was attended by party leaders Haji Rahman Ullah Khan, Jehanzaib Khan, Muhammad Saleem Khan Advocate, Muhammad Rasheed Advocate, Janas Khan Kaka.
The party's election activities will be suspended for three days, they added. They said if the culprits were not arrested in three days then the ANP will start demonstration. They said the party has been deprived of an honest friend, who was a great leader and his services will be remembered for long time.
Meanwhile, district Nazim Swabi, Shahram Khan Taraki, Naib Nazim Malik Saleem Khan have also expressed grief and sorrow over the tragic death of Shahbaz Khan Lala. They condemned his death and said they were deprived of a best friend and it was a sad incident.
