Selling pressure intensifies on ISE

Selling pressure intensified in trend-setters at the Islamabad Stock Exchange where fresh bearish assault moved the entire ready-board in downward direction amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index fell by 26.75 points, as it moved from 2,956.87 to 2,930.12 points.
The volume of trade stood at 3,779,300 shares as compared to previous 1,660,200 shares. The horizon of trade contracted from 149 companies to 138 stocks. Majority of stocks (101) closed in negative territory, 36 in positive territory, whereas only one company remained pegged to its overnight level. The turnover of Bosicor Pakistan was 2,354,500 shares. The volume of NIB Bank was 950,500 shares. The turnover of Arif Habib Securities was 424,100 shares.
