The construction of the new mega dams is the only solution of the persisting power crisis in the country. The government should adopt alternative methodology of power generation like coal, gas etc. This was stated by S.D. Saqib, central president of Pakistan Wapda Employees Pegham Union while presiding over a meeting here on Monday in the Lesco office.
He said that previous government highjacked the nation by making agreements with the Independent Power Producers (IPPs).
