Training course on securities markets from January 29

The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), in collaboration with Institute of Securities, Management and Research is organising a training course on securities market for market operators, investors, traders and employees of the KSE members from January 29, 2008 in the KSE Auditorium.
The basic purpose of organising the training programme is to facilitate the participants and investors to understand the working and operations of the capital market and enhance their basic knowledge and understanding of the stock market and investment/trading strategies.
The first session for the course shall commence from January 29, 2008 and shall conclude on February 16, 2008, covering total 15 hours. The timing of the course shall be from 3:30pm to 6:00 pm.
The training course will be conducted by Nazish Lutfi, CEO of the Institute of Securities, Management and Research who has 20 years experience of the financial market. He has been contributing his expertise of technical analysis to Reuters. He has written over 2000 articles in national and international newspapers and magazines. After completion of the course, all the participants will be given certificates of participation. The course fee is Rs 2,500 per participant.
