A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) T-37 Jet Trainer aircraft, crashed at the town of Topi in NWFP, a PAF statement said. "The PAF announces with great sorrow and grief that a T-37 Jet Trainer aircraft, while on a routine training mission, crashed near Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology Topi, Distt Swabi".
The pilot of the aircraft Pilot Officer Jahanzeb embraced Shahadat, it said. A board of inquiry has been ordered by Air Headquarters to determine the cause of accident, the statement said.
