The Left Bank Canal, which supplies water from Khanpur source, will remain closed from January 24, to January 31 for its yearly desilting and cleansing.
According to a press release issued by the Capital Development Authority, besides desilting and cleansing, the authority would also install switchgear system with grid station in order to enrich the better supply of water.
